The Oak Hill Condominium Association consists of 449 units with a mix of townhomes and apartment style condominium units. We sit on approximately 30 acres of land situated just west of the Gladwyne exit of the Schuylkill Expressway. We are just 8 miles from Center City Philadelphia. The property is surrounded by a forest reserve that is maintained by Lower Merion Township.
