Property Manager

Oak Hill Condominium Association is a self-managed property.  This means that the Board hires the Property Manager directly. 

The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the physical assets of the community, supervising daily operations, implementing and enforcing all community policies as set for in the condominium documents.  The Property Manager advises the Board of Directors on ways to save money, while maintaining the community assets.  The Property Manager keeps the Board apprised of changes in law and trends which would affect the community.  The Property Manager also manages our office staff.

Alan Silverman is a graduate of Temple University. He began his property management career in 1995 investing in student housing properties at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2000, he joined Morgan Properties in a leasing capacity and quickly moved his way up to management. Alan has successfully managed properties ranging from 139 units up to 498 units and is very excited to have joined the Oak Hill community.
